Talent Stacker Project
👉 In December of 2022, I was part of a team that participated in a Project for the Talent Stacker Career Development Program.
👉 My team was given over 65 requirements to work on. These requirements were to be built from the ground up in a Salesforce NPSP Sandbox.
👉 We created our own Jira board to help us manage the project and held weekly meetings with our Project Manager/Client. Those meetings included discovery sessions, solution presentations, and eventually user training sessions.
👉 Prior to the project our team had never met one another, had different work schedules, and were located in different time zones. We completed the project on time despite having to manage holiday schedules as well as the withdrawal of a member of the team halfway through the project.
👉 I am very grateful to my team of Aaron Thibault & Ania Dudziuk. They were very communicative, encouraging, and supportive throughout the entire process.Please take a look at the Features, Flows, and End-User Training that I created for the project.
